Pickup bags and tennis balls are available upon request to active recurring customers. Limits apply per household, (60 waste bags, 1 tennis ball per month). Unused quantities do not roll over. Complimentary items are provided as a courtesy to active recurring service customers. Customers are responsible for determining whether each item is appropriate for their pets and for supervising its use. Toys and balls may present choking, ingestion, or injury hazards and should never be used without supervision. Mountaineer Pooper Scooper is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of complimentary items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
